The CCPA requires us to disclose whether we sell your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. What this means is that we do not sell, rent, release, disclose, disseminate, make available, transfer, or otherwise communicate in any way your personal information to another company for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- YOUR CCPA RIGHTS
The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and how to exercise those rights.
- Right To Know What Personal Information We Collect. You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, the following information about the personal information we have collected about you during the preceding 12 months, subject to us confirming your identity once we receive your request, (“Right to Know”):
- The categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- The categories of sources from which we collected the personal information.
- The business or commercial purpose for which we collected or sold the personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we shared the personal information.
- The categories of personal information about you that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose, and the categories of third parties to whom we sold or disclosed that information for a business purpose.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (such disclosure, a “data portability disclosure”).
We do not provide a Right to Know or data portability disclosure for B2B personal information.
- Right To Non-Discrimination. The CCPA prohibits businesses from discriminating against you for exercising your rights under the law. Such discrimination may include denying services, charging different prices or rates for services, providing a different level or quality of services, or suggesting that you will receive a different level or quality of goods or services as a result of exercising your rights.
- Right To Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you (“Right to Delete”). To make a request to delete any or all of your personal information, please contact us at [hyperlink], by emailing us at help@presshall.com or calling Customer Service Toll Free: (855) 919-2467. To honor your request, you will need to confirm your identity, attest to us that you are a California resident, and provide a California address. We will then review your request to see if an exception allowing us to retain the information applies. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.).
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
We will delete or deidentify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.
We do not provide these deletion rights for B2B personal information.
- Right to Notification. Under the CCPA, we cannot collect new categories of personal information or use them for materially different purposes without first notifying you.
- Response Timing and Format. We will confirm receipt of your request to Right to Know and/or Right to Delete within 10 business days of receipt. Please contact us at [email], if you do not receive confirmation within the 10-day timeframe. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
