Press Hall offers a 60-day return policy. Returns must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to refuse any decorated, worn, or damaged items.
Most returns are generally processed within the same business day as soon as you reach out to Customer Care and initiate a return. We charge a $7 flat fee to ship returns. A refund will be issued as soon as we have received and processed your returned item(s). Please allow 1 - 3 business days to receive your return once it is dropped off at one of our closest convenient locations. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used for the original transaction, in the amount of the product price minus any shipping charges, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to fully process.

Defective or Damaged Items
Press Hall strives to provide you with quality products. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team within three days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
We do not offer an exchange option at this time. However, you can return your unused and unwanted items for a refund within 60 days of your order.
Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable or eligible for a refund. These products are marked as non-refundable on their product pages.
