Order Processing
Most orders received by 4pm local warehouse time are generally processed and shipped the same business day*. Orders received after 4pm are generally processed the next business day. Generally 99%+ of our orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. We do not process or ship orders on the weekend.
Warehouse locations
We understand the importance of quick and efficient delivery. We own our 8 distribution centers, and strategically have them spread out across the contiguous US. This gives us more than 4 million square feet to house deep inventory to uniquely meet our customers’ needs. These are located in Seattle, WA; Reno, NV; Minneapolis, MN; Robbinsville, NJ; Cincinnati, OH; Jacksonville, FL; Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ. We try to ship from the closest available warehouse based on the specific products in your order.
*Please note that your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to register on the postal carriers site. Your tracking code may show "We could not locate this shipment" for a period of time while the package is awaiting pick-up from the carrier.
