Overview.  The 2023 Press Hall Tuesday Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is a promotion sponsored by San Mar Corporation, dba Press Hall (“Press Hall”), 22833 SE Black Nugget Road, Suite 130, Issaquah, WA 98029.  Press Hall, through the specified prize providers below, will be giving away prizes or a prize each week for four (4) consecutive weeks (a total of seven prizes), to each of seven (7) Sweepstakes winners (see paragraph titled Prizes below for prize allocation by week).

Eligibility. In order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must (a) be a legal U.S. resident eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 19, 2023 at 12:01 AM PST, and (b) have a presshall.com customer account. Void where prohibited by law. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes:  Employees, agents, officers, directors (and the members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such individuals) of Press Hall, specified prize partners, or their affiliated companies or subsidiaries.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on September 19, 2023 at 12:01 AM PST, and ends on October 10, 2023 at 3:00 PM PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is comprised of four (4) Sweepstakes Tuesdays which are as follows:

• Week 1: September 19, 2023 at 12:01 AM PST, through September 19, 2023 at 3:00 PM PST;
• Week 2: September 26, 2023 at 12:01 AM PST, through September 26, 2023 at 3:00 PM PST;
• Week 3: October 3, 2023 at 12:01 AM PST, through September 3, 2023 at 3:00 PM PST; and
• Week 4: October 10, 2023 at 12:01 AM PST, through September 10, 2023 at 3:00PM PST.

Press Hall’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. All 7 winners will be chosen through random drawings (as discussed below) from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

How to Enter.  

You can enter by (1) creating a new presshall.com customer account during the Sweepstakes Period; (2) having an existing presshall.com customer account and placing an order on presshall.com during the Sweepstakes Period; or(3) having an existing presshall.com customer account and sending an email to info@presshall.com, with the subject “2023 Press Hall Tuesday Giveaway,” and containing your name and address.

Successful completion of one of the foregoing constitutes an “Entry.”  Odds of winning depend on number of eligible Entries received during each Sweepstakes week during the Sweepstakes Period.  Limit one (1) Entry per person per week during the Sweepstakes Period.

All Entries must be completed or submitted during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Press Hall is not responsible for Entries not received or posted due to lost, failed, delayed, or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions. Press Hall is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of Sweepstakes Entries. Customer account creation and/or order entrants will be the authorized presshall.com account holder or billing party, as the case may be, at the time of Entry. Entries containing false or fraudulent information, or that do not comply with these Official Rules, will be disqualified.

Each Entry is bound by and subject to the terms of these Official Rules and as applicable, Press Hall’s Privacy Policy (located at www.presshall.com/privacy-policy) and Press Hall’s Website Terms (located at www.presshall.com/terms-of-use).  Individual winners may also be subject to the privacy policy of the specified prize provider.

Prizes.  Prizes will be awarded by the prize providers listed below to seven (7) individual winners – through a random drawing (as discussed below).  Winner will receive the following:

• Week 1: Courtesy of ProWorld, 1 TransPro Plus 16x20 Semi-Auto Heat Press ($1099 retail value), 1 TransPro Plus Tumbler Mug Press ($399 retail value), and 1 TransPro Auto Open Cap Heat Press ($299 retail value).
• Week 2: Courtesy of Hanes, $300 worth (retail value) of Champion products.
• Week 3: Courtesy of Siser, 1 Juliet™ High Definition Cutter ($499 retail value), and 1 Romeo™ High-Definition Cutter ($699 retail value).
• Week 4: Courtesy of AllMade, A mentorship meeting with Mel Lay, a founder of AllMade and Sandi Lake Clothing.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $3,295.

No substitute, transfer, or cash equivalent for a prize is allowed by any winner. Press Hall or prize provider, at their sole discretion, may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.  Limit one (1) prize per family or household.

Drawing and Notification. The individual winners will be selected from eligible Entries in a random drawing by Press Hall, within five (5) business days after the end of the applicable week during the Sweepstakes Period.  The results of all drawings, and the decisions of Press Hall, are final and binding in all respects. The winner of each drawing will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond to Press Hall within twenty-four (24) hours of the prize notification, or if they are found to be ineligible, or if they cannot or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected by a second chance random drawing conducted by Press Hall from all remaining eligible Entries.  Press Hall will share winners’ names and contact information with prize providers as applicable and as necessary for prize provider to arrange for shipping of prize to winner, as applicable. Press Hall shall not be responsible for winner’s or prize provider’s failure to arrange for shipping, delivery, or receipt of any prize.

General Conditions.All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) and any and all service charges or fees associated with the acceptance or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.  Each winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit”) which must be returned to and received by Press Hall within ten (10) days from each winner’s receipt thereof.  Each winner may also be required by Press Hall or prize provider to complete a Form 1099 before receiving their prize. Any failure to comply with the foregoing may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen.  Each winner’s Entry into the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Press Hall and its affiliates to use each winner’s name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on Press Hall’s website or on or through Press Hall’s Instagram and other social media accounts, unless prohibited by law.  All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.  Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for a prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. 

THE STATE OF WASHINGTON COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) WILL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON WILL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. 

If, for reasons beyond Press Hall’s control, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or bugs or infection by computer virus, Press Hall, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes without liability.  Press Hall is not responsible for its own or any entrant’s computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer or email transmissions or network connections that are either human or technical in nature.

Disclaimers.All Sweepstakes entrants agree that Press Hall and Press Hall’s affiliates and ambassadors will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use, including misuse, of any prize, or any entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the computer system or network, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.  Entrants also agree that Press Hall and Press Hall’s affiliates and ambassadors are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer related to or resulting from the Sweepstakes or its prizes.  Press Hall reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes technically corrupted. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Instagram.  Instagram is not associated with the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby release Press Hall and Instagram from all responsibility and liability associated with the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to Press Hall and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the method(s) of entering this Sweepstakes must be addressed to Press Hall and not to Instagram.

Rules/Winner List.  For an additional copy of these Official Rules or a list of winners, send an email specifying your request to: info@presshall.com. The list of winners will be available within twenty (20) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
